Actually you’re a worst leader even you think you doing all great but I think that is your weakness you must face to it and something is not that good as what you see and what you thought.

This is a team; you should respect everyone and make a target for all of them otherwise you’ve to get discuss with every team mate and then respect every opinion to make a decision, those are important points to be a good leader but you FAILED!! Because the team had not coherence, respect, discuss and you’re already lose your mind to broken this team and your emotion quotient is BULL CRAP as a kid!!

This is a truth as we can see even you doing perfect in every way which are not means you can lead a team to be a god damn leader!!
